About Thomson Custom Rods
My name is Danny Thomson and I am from Eastern North Carolina. I started building rods at the young age of 10 years old. Throughout the years, I have been lucky enough to win the 2022 International Rod Building Championship, as well as, the 2019 Microwave Guide Championship. I specialize in building custom rods, for any application, including inshore, surf, offshore, and more. In addition to that, I can take care of any repairs needed to keep you on the water!
